-  Do you ship Worldwide?

No. We ship exclusively in Europe using our shipping provider (UPS, DHL or TNT). If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through 
eshop@johnsoho.com

-  What payment can i use?

We accept credit cards payments and payments by Paypal account. The prices, including tax for UK and European Union resident Clients, are expressed in Pounds (£) and are valid, except for typographical error or omission. The offers are duly marked and identified as such.

-  How long will it take to get my order?

All orders within the Europe are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 1-5 business days. Please read more about the shipping.

- How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us.

- How will my order been packaged?

Orders are shipped in a custom made cardboard box. Each piece also comes carefully packed in a foam to protect them from scratching or damage each other. Please do not use sharped tools to open it and remove your pieces from its protections.

- Where’s my package?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

- How do i make a lost / damage claim?

For general shipping questions, or if your package is stolen or lost, please contact our shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the shipping provider, reach us at eshop@johnsoho.com. In case the product is damaged, the shipping insurance included will cover damages. In that case, get in touch with us and we will assist you. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. We can not be held liable for any customs or customs duties or taxes that may affect any shipment made outside United Kingdom.
